| We make it easy. Just create a customer account at checkout time, and you are enrolled. A customer account simply contains your ship-to and bill-to information to speed future purchases. You will still be required to enter payment method information each time you check-out, as we do not maintain this information in our system for safety reasons. Then, for each $10.00 you spend at Pen Impressions (excluding shipping and handling costs) we give you 1 C-Buck that can be redeemed just like cash for Pen Impressions products. Our BizLite program (for smaller volume business customers) lets you cash in your C-Bucks for discounts on large volume purchases: - Cash in 40 C-Bucks for a 20% discount off.
- Cash in 100 C-Bucks for a 25% discount off.
- Cash in 200 C-Bucks for a 30% discount off.
Contact us if you would like to have your account switched to BizLite status. These discounts only apply to a single-time purchase and once redeemed are deducted from your C-Buck account. Customer is responsible for all shipping / freight charges. We reserve the right to modify this program without prior notice. C-Bucks are not perpetual. Database size restrictions require that we cannot guarantee credit for orders over 1 year old. This hasn't happened yet, but there is no guarantee it won't. We reserve the right to verify past product purchases prior to accepting orders placed with C-Bucks. We do this to prevent fraudulent use of this program. We cannot combine multiple accounts, so be sure everyone in your organization uses the same account. We will be introducing a feature in the near future that will allow you to maintain multiple ship-to addresses for your account. |
